Proper Documentation: Any/all available properties entered into database should be secured with the proper documentation with an " Exclusive right - to - lease" or a "Open right - to - lease"  listing contract (for all types of properties - Transaction -Broker).

Aspen Rental ~ MLS provides 3 services: 

1. Aspen Rental ~ MLS being a procuring cause connects the "Looker" with the rental Broker. 

2. Aspen Rental ~ MLS and participating Brokers can earn a reasonable referral fee for putting the tenants together with availabile rental properties.

3. Aspen Rental ~ MLS provides a list of rental properties to accomodate other Brokers to search.

Co-Listings
In the event there are two (2) or more Brokers authorized to rent a property the contact information shall be in alphabetical order.
